If you order a product, which is in stock and order before our 4.30pm we’ll despatch your goods the very same day via ParcelForce. Smaller items are sent by 1st class post (recorded delivery)

7. I want to pay with my credit/debit card, is it safe to do so?
We have fully integrated and branded BarclayCard Merchant Services to our checkout pages. Therefore, this means your card details are directly handled by BarclayCard Merchant Services, who are responsible for the security of the card holder details, this can reassure you that you’re dealing with highly recognised and reputable brand name within the e-commerce industry.

10. Can I come and collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to allow you to collect your order for two reasons:

1. We are Internet based company, who deliver goods direct to your doorstep.
2. For health, safety & security issues we cannot let customers in to our premises.

11. Will you pass my personal details to third party companies?
We at AVNow are over protective about the personal information you provide us whilst shopping with us online. Therefore, these details will not be passed without your consent.

12. I’m not comfortable using the Internet can I call to place an order?
You certaintly can, you place an order over the phone by calling our sales line on 01604 684810 or email us on sales@avnow.co.uk, (for security and privacy issues do not include card details).

13. What are the opening hours for over-the-phone support?
We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Excluding weekends and public holidays.

14. If I place an order over the weekend when am I likely to receive it?
For next day service you can expect to receive it the following Tuesday.

16. When do you take payment for my order?
As we don’t hold your payment details, we have to take payment as soon we receive an order from you.
